Rod Wave Celebrates Birthday at Tampa’s Amalie Arena

Rapper Rod Wave is gearing up for another extravagant birthday celebration.

Rodarius Marcell Green, the St. Petersburg-born superstar from Lakewood High School, revealed today that his annual Birthday Bash will once again rock Tampa’s Amalie Arena on Saturday, August 24, at 7 p.m.

Tickets will be available for purchase starting Friday, June 28, at 10:00 a.m. on Ticketmaster.com.

As tradition dictates, the full lineup remains under wraps, promising a roster of “mystery guests” similar to previous birthday extravaganzas.

Known for his heartfelt blend of rap and pop, Mr. “Street Runner” shares a rare distinction with mega-pop star Taylor Swift as the only two artists to dominate the Billboard 200 for the past three years.
